01 Introduction

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

3.3 Additional Restrictions

You are not eligible to register if you are:

• A family member or household member of any of the above;

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the bstar88 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, the Company may close all associated accounts, cancel pending transactions, and withhold any accrued bonuses without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during and after registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Any changes to your personal information must be updated promptly. bstar88 bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must notify bstar88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bstar88 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method. The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bstar88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). All deposits are processed at no additional charge from bstar88, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 for standard accounts and RM 200 for Gold tier accounts. Black Diamond tier players may be subject to different minimum thresholds as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

5.3 Own Funds Only

You warrant that all funds deposited into your bstar88 Account are from legitimate sources, are legally owned by you, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. The Company reserves the right to report suspicious deposit activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on bstar88 are denominated in MYR. Where deposits are made via cryptocurrency, the equivalent MYR value will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bstar88 is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

bstar88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These are estimates and may vary during peak processing periods.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50; (c) any active bonus funds must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal; (d) withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified identity.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Players may request a limit review by contacting the support team. Black Diamond tier players are subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as agreed with their dedicated account manager.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback rewards, and other promotions offered by bstar88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they may be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be staked a total of RM 2,000 across eligible games before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bstar88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

7.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the bstar88 VIP Programme (Silver, Gold, Black Diamond) is by invitation or automatic qualification based on deposit and wagering thresholds. The Company reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bstar88 sportsbook are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market, which are available on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of bstar88's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.

bstar88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system error or manifest human error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in the event of a void. Live in-play bets are governed by additional rules available on the Platform, including rules relating to network disconnection during a live event.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bstar88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Providing false or misleading identification or financial information;
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction imposed on your Account;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that the Company reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to fair play.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Company-Initiated Closure

bstar88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bstar88 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations being fulfilled. Any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used in any commercial capacity without the prior written consent of the Company.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bstar88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to access the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services; (c) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content; (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; or (e) any other matter relating to your use of the bstar88 Platform.

Where liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of bstar88 to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bstar88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
